Express shipping costs  €22 for EU, USA, UK and CA and €35 for everywhere else.

Shipping to certain destinations such as South America, Africa or Asia might take longer due to transport and customs issues. Delivery times are only an estimation based on prior experience, we cannot in any way guarantee delivery on a specific date or be held responsible for delays in the post.

Please keep an eye on any delivery attempt notifications as if a package is unclaimed you will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.

Please note that customers outside EU are responsible for all taxes and customs in their country. Orders within the EU are not subject to customs.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Free 14 days returns for customers in Greece.

 EU customers: 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your items to start a return. 

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and include the sales receipt otherwise your return will be declined.

If you decide to returs the items using our service there is a flat rate 18€ return fee. You can purchase a return form here 

You are welcome to use the shipping carrier of your choice but please use a trackable service as we cannot process a refund or exchange if an item is lost in the mail. 

Once we receive the items and find them to be intact we will process the refund minus the shipping charge if applicable in 1-2 business days.
For an exchange, you will have to place a new order.

Returns from countries outside the European Union (EU):

When you return your item(s) from a non-EU country, it will be your responsibility to cover the customs duty. Please inquire at your post office for a pre-paid customs label. Failure to pay the customs duty will result in the package being held at customs and not delivered to us. Consequently, we will be unable to proceed with your refund.

If you have received a wrong or defective item we will cover all replacement costs regardless of your location.

All sales are final for discounted and custom made items so please purchase mindfully. No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted after the 14 day period. All items must include the original sales receipt to qualify for a refund.

Unclaimed items that are returned to us can be resent to you (you will be responsible for any shipping fees) or can be exchanged for store credit only. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed packages.

The above policies apply for products purchased directly from our store. For purchases through our retailers, please contact the retailer.

You can easily and securely pay for your order via PayPal of Stripe. You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.
